Lisa Botelho is a highly experienced hairdresser with over 35 years in the beauty industry, specializing in precision cutting, color, highlights, perms, keratin treatments, and formal styling. She is known for her expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to creating personalized looks that enhance her clients' natural beauty.
Lisa holds a Massachusetts Board of Cosmetology License and has completed extensive professional training with globally recognized brands including Redken, Wella, Tocco Magico, Rusk, and Goldwell.
She is certified in Pivot Point cutting, Brazilian Blowout, and Great Lengths Hair Extensions.
In addition to her work behind the chair, Lisa is a passionate educator. She has taught at LaBaron Hairdressing Academy, Rob Roy Academy, and Alilano School of Cosmetology, where she has helped mentor and develop the next generation of stylists.
Lisa is especially talented in creating formal hairstyles and updos, having styled numerous wedding parties and pageant participants over the years. She takes great pride in the loyal client relationships she has built throughout her career-many of which span decades. Her clients value her professionalism, warmth, and commitment to staying current with the latest trends, techniques, and innovations in the industry.
Outside of the salon, Lisa has been married to her husband for 44 years. Together they have two children and three grandsons. She loves spending time with her family, cooking, and watercolor Painting.

Jenn is a proud Taunton native with 25 years of experience in the beauty industry. A graduate of Rob Roy Academy, she began her career with Regis Corporation, where she discovered her passion for helping clients feel confident and beautiful. Over the years, she has completed advanced training in color correction, precision cutting, and smoothing systems including Kerastraight and Brazilian Blowout.

As a former salon manager for Regis Salon in Dartmouth, Jennifer loved mentoring and training new stylists while continuing to build lasting relationships with her clients. She’s also certified with Malibu C Wellness, specializing in treatments that restore hair and scalp health for vibrant, healthy results.

Now an independent stylist at Michael’s Hair Salon, Jennifer continues to grow her craft and education. She’s dedicated to creating styles that not only look amazing but make each client feel their very best.

Alicia is a seasoned stylist with 25 years of experience in the beauty industry. She is highly skilled in silk presses, extensions, braids, curly hair weaves, wig styling, ethnic hair care, and professional coloring services.
Alicia's versatility allows her to work confidently with all hair types, and she also enjoys offering makeup services to complete her clients' looks.

Known for her warm personality and dedication to excellent service, Alicia genuinely enjoys working with the public-many of her clients become lifelong friends. Her passion for her craft shines through in every transformation, making each person who sits in her chair feel confident, beautiful, and cared for.

Grace has been a licensed hairstylist for one year, following an additional year of hands-on training in cosmetology school. She has been part of the Michael’s team for the past seven months, beginning as Michael’s assistant and continuing to grow her skills and passion for the industry.
Grace specializes in color, highlights, and lashes, and she loves creating customized looks that make each guest feel confident and beautiful. Her attention to detail and enthusiasm for learning ensure every client leaves her chair loving their hair.
Outside the salon, Grace enjoys going on new adventures and spending time shopping for inspiration and style ideas. Her creative energy and warm personality make every appointment a fun and welcoming experience.
